i mean last time i player with you in the official it was like (3vs3 with some ppl afk is soec) and instead of staying and trying to make the server get more players, you said im bored and left then everyone else left after you did that lmao.

You should not be pointing fingers as what T-Rex's doing, I can understand that he was bored and wanted to do something else. He is just stating that Official is empty most of the time, and him being on the server does not fill it up. So it is up to every single one of you guys to do your job if you want this community to be number one again!

Staying in spec helps our rank but we have too many people in spec than actually playing.. No one is going to come on the server to play when there are so many spectators.
Play as often as you can, i am definitely not going on come on the server when we have two people playing and the rest afk, I am sure it is the same way with other newcomers who come on the server.
If we want more traffic, then we need to put the effort to play and make the server full.

You know what resembles some of you afk spectators? BOTS. Bots in some servers wear tags so real users can identify them. Why not add zbots to the server? At least they'll shoot back and with us. In fact, why did some of you even sign up to be [insert tag here], yet play little to no time a week? That's like getting a raise at a job and working 3 hours a week. And don't give me that BS "it takes time for the server to become active" because I was one of the original admins for de_rats and that server exploded faster than official and JB did. Why? Because EVERY SINGLE RATS ADMIN PLAYED ENOUGH TO ATTRACT PEOPLE. De_rats is a map that's known by maybe 1/50th of all cs players, but we still managed to light the server up every single day. I can even remember Sean telling me to go into official because Rats was killing it!

Some of us can even vouch for an incident a few nights ago, when a random guy openly said he was THINKING about joining the community, but after how some of you acted and how some admins didn't care how the server was ran...he changed his mind.

At the end of the day, it takes time, should have seen how long it took SM just to get Official to #1 before the shut down. We had Official, DM, Zombie and Rats in the top 100, and Jailbreak in the top 125. Besides we just passed the honeymoon stage of starting the servers again, everything was good, now its a bit slow, just keep working on it and we will get back to the top.
